I am trained to lead and guide local congregations regain their sense of purpose and hope as they navigate the complex challenges of transitioning from the leadership of one pastor to another. I also have a warm spot in my heart for churches that are discerning deeper and new opportunities for witness and service in their local communities and beyond. I am authorized to perform ministerial duties on behalf of the United Church of Christ. I have served in key leadership roles in non-profit organizations, supervising staff and volunteers, overseeing program effectiveness, fundraising, advocacy, and program development.
