About Phinose N Paul

I bring along more than 20 years’ experience in management. As the manager of the translation and prepress departments, and as a senior operations manager for several years with an international organization, I have worked closely with top management, managing teams throughout the country. From being a linguist, I have grown to be an efficient project manager with a UK based organization. Handling large teams with minimal supervision is my forte. Words have a life of their own. They can change the course of human lives. The written word can come alive if presented in the right manner, and that has been my passion. My multicultural upbringing has helped me grow as an organizer and motivational speaker and my experience has given me a unique skill set that I would like to use and develop. As an exceptional public speaker, I have been the principal speaker at several events.
