About Phoebe Aaron

I am a senior at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, majoring in Finance. Over the past few years, I have gained valuable experience working as an Assistant to the Head Tennis Pro at Meridian Hills Country Club. In this role, I handled various responsibilities such as communicating with club members through emails, selling merchandise, utilizing Excel on a daily basis, and managing billing for club members as well as processing employee paychecks. These experiences have helped me develop strong skills in communication and leadership. Having always had an interest in Sales, I had the opportunity to apply these skills as an Intern at Birge & Held in the summer of 2023. In the business world, I firmly believe in the saying,"Sell the Sizzle, Not the Steak." I understand the importance of finding value for customers and effectively conveying it to them in a personable manner. Alongside the technical skills I have acquired through my studies at Kelley, my attention to detail, outgoing personality, and self-motivation will contribute to my success as a competitive applicant in my future professional endeavors.
