About Phoebe Crow

I am a bilingual English/Japanese talent acquisition specialist based in Tokyo, Japan. I grew up riding horses in the English countryside and *almost* went to acting school, but decided to pursue East Asian studies at university instead. In my final year, after studying in both Tokyo and Seoul, I was accepted onto MUJI's Tokyo-based graduate scheme for international retail talent. I later fell into recruitment and have since worked both as an agency consultant (covering consumer, luxury, logistics, and others) and at Rakuten as an in-house TA (covering tech). In January 2025 I joined Agoda's Japan office with a focus on supporting Agoda’s rapid growth in the Japan/north Asia region through the building of strategy and supply teams.
