I am currently in my final year studying Business Management (B/A) Honours at The Manchester Metropolitan University. Since beginning my studies in September 2020 I have developed managerial skills such as, understanding and delivering customer experiences, the importance of sustainable working practices, digital awareness and Human resource management.I have completed additional short courses offered by my University's extracurricular RISE programme, which include an introduction into social media marketing management, building effective relationships and building cultural competence.Creativity and innovation are key strengths of mine, that I am eager to use in my future career. I enjoy taking an alternative perspective to others, when producing new ideas and approaches. Moreover, as a resilient and self aware individual, I pride myself in bouncing back from setbacks and moving on promptly, in order to generate high quality work.Working in the customer service industry since the age of 14 has enabled me to develop skills such as: communication, teamwork, leadership and responsibility. I am keen to transfer these skills into a placement role and my future career.
