About Phoenix Bryant

My passion is to work in a capacity that encourages positive change in the lives of clients, co-workers and community through expanding their learning, improving their performance and enhancing their quality of life. I have over 14 years experience in the Employment and Community Services Industry with over 8 years in senior leadership roles across State and Federal Government contracts; this includes Job Active, JSA (Job Services Australia), Job Network, DES (Disability Employment Services), RJCP (Remote Jobs and Community Projects), RSAS (Regional School Attendance Strategy), REAP (Regional Employment Assistance Program), SQW (Skilling Queenslanders For Work), Step Ers (Structured Training Education Program and Employment Related Services) and ProMap (Professional Mapping Service). I am currently contracting as both Program Manager for VTEC (Indigenous employment contract) and Stride Learning as BDM contractor. My dedicated work ethic and ability to apply contractual requirements within a service delivery framework has provided me a successful and rewarding career. My skills are strong and diverse, being built from a background in corporate, government, not for profit and community sectors. I am a strong leader by example and wish to extend my support to any person or Organisation with the same values.
