I am a motivated and career-driven individual with extensive experience in the financial services industry and excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. I am passionate about learning new skills, team-work and challenging myself.I joined ASB Bank in November 2014 as a Customer Services Officer at the LynnMall branch. Face-to-face customer service, complaint handling and an introduction to ASB's products kickstarted my passion for a career in financial services. I moved to ASB's North Wharf (head office) in June 2017 and joined the Retail Operations team, furthering my experience in Retail Banking. This was a diverse role in which I was primarily involved with quality assurance, reporting and assisting ASB staff with Retail policy and procedure queries. I've always had an interest in Financial Crime and was lucky to be able to join the Financial Crime Investigations team at ASB in October 2021, specializing in Sanctions Investigations. I am currently an Analyst in this team and thoroughly enjoy the fast-paced, constantly changing environment. I work with an amazing team in which we make a collective effort to report and mitigate the prevention of financial crime within ASB.
