As a Mental Health Counselor Intern at Global Trauma Research, I am pursuing my passion for helping people overcome trauma and improve their mental well-being. I am currently completing my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor at Capella University, where I am learning the latest theories and practices in the field. I am also a Site Manager at Plus One, an Optum company that provides fitness and wellness solutions to organizations and individuals. I have been managing a team of fitness professionals, designing and implementing programs, and ensuring quality and safety standards for over six years. I have multiple certifications in fitness instruction, nutrition, and health coaching, and I specialize in kettlebells, kickboxing, group fitness, strength training, and bootcamps. In addition, I am the CEO and Lifestyle Coach at Phoenyx Fitness, a company that I founded in 2010 to inspire and empower people to achieve their fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle. I have been working with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and levels, providing personalized coaching, guidance, and support. I have also been leading a team of trainers, marketers, and individuals who share my vision and values of teamwork, dedication, and accountability.
