15 years of total experience in Procurement & Contracts for Execution of Solar Projects, wind project, Construction Project, Thermal Power Project & Hydro Power Projects. • Having Experience for the Procurement of Materials & Services for Ground Mounted solar projects 2GW. • Procurement of Solar PV Modules from order placement to delivery at site. • Appointing of Third party inspection agency to carry out the inspection of Modules at factory before dispatch. • In hand Experience for the Procurement of Module Mounting structure, Bolt & Nuts, fasteners, Module Clamps for Solar Projects from Order placement to delivery at site. • Appointing of third party inspection agency for factory inspection of MMS, Fasteners at vendors factory. • Procurement of Electrical items like Inverter, Transformer, Fuse Box,Combiner Box, Switch Gears etc. • Procurement of DC Cables, LT Cable, HT Cables & Module Connectors for solar project. • Study and review of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Float the enquiry to the vendors. • Prepare Technical comparative and Conduct pre-bid meeting of vendors with the engineering team to ensure the understanding of technical specification and ground realities of vendors. • Commercial evaluation & Negotiation with technically qualified vendors. • Prepare final comparative statement of price and commercial terms and take approval from management for order process. • Prepare draft for Purchase Order,work order & Contract Agreement. • Working in a team member for awarding the EPC Contract for Electrical Work, Module Mounting Structure work and Transmission line work for Solar Projects. • Awarding Service Contract for AC and DC Electrical work for Solar Projects • Awarding Service Contract for Civil, MMS & Modules Installation of solar projects.
