With over 14 years financial services experience, I have supported a diverse range of digital initiatives covering enhancements to digital online identification capabilities (to support bringing AML/CTF risks back into appetite), facial biometrics, and customer onboarding transformation. My specialist skills and technical strengths include providing advice and assurance on IT general controls, automated/manual automated controls, and project risk governance. In 2020, twelve months after commencing a role in the consumer digital 1st line risk space, I was one of three finalists in the individual Risk Champion category at the Westpac CEO Awards. I thrive on delivering tangible results in collaborative settings, employing communication skills to build effective relationships, bringing accountability and attention to detail to my work.
