As a Cluster Income Audit at The Gate Collection, Luxury and Lifestyle hotels, I ensure the accuracy and reliability of the revenue reporting from Opéra Cloud to Sage accounting software. I manage the cash flow, control the incoming and outgoing revenues, and reconcile the credit card accounts receivable. I also oversee the compliance of the payment and refund procedures for the points of sale, and identify, report, and follow up on any anomalies in the payment system.I have a Master 1 in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Leisure Activities from iaelyon School of Management, where I learned the fundamentals of hospitality, tourism, and leisure management, as well as the skills and tools to optimize the profitability and competitiveness of a hospitality business. I have a diverse experience in the hospitality and catering sector, having worked as an E-Distribution Assistant and a Receptionist for different hotel chains. I am passionate about hospitality and I am determined to continue to grow in this field by acquiring new skills and staying open to learning new things. My goal is to become a versatile hospitality professional, capable of contributing effectively to the performance and growth of a hotel establishment.
