About Phuong Bui

I am interested in computer drafting, and food and beverage entreupreneurship. I always look for opportunities to learn and expand my knowledge and skills in different fields. After achiving my degree in hospitality, I decided to continue my studying in a technical field. I completed the Civil Engineering Technology diploma at Camosun College in Victoria, BC in 2020. I graduated from the BA in International Hotel Management Program at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC. My experience in the hospitality industry ranges from room attendant (internship) to server in restaurants, golf course lounge and hotel banquets. “Clearly, hospitality and service are not descriptions of a business, so much as they are innate qualities and special attributes that a person possesses. You cannot buy them. You either possess them or you do not. You cannot invent them. Hospitality comes from inside a human being.” – The Cornell School of Hotel Administration on Hospitality Childhood pretend play of restaurant and a two days sandwich catering entrepreneurship in junior high were some of the reasons that led me to hospitality industry. Hard-working, enthusiastic, and attentive I always strive to achieve the best outcomes.
