With over 35 years of nursing and hospital operations experience in a large, integrated healthcare system, I am a proven leader in healthcare management, performance improvement, and service delivery. As the Vice President of National Hospital System Operations at Kaiser Permanente, I support the operations of 39 hospitals across the country, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of care. I lead the implementation of enterprise initiatives at the national and market level, collaborating with senior executives, physicians, and staff to optimize performance and value realization. I also leverage my RN credentials and experience to oversee the continuum of care and home care services for a service area of almost health plan members. My mission is to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration in the healthcare industry, and to provide the best possible care for our patients and communities.
