About Phyllis Walker

Onboarding of new sales executives to integrate with the Copper State Communications environment. Provide training in telephony, product, processes and procedures. Assist carrier sales team with continuing education and customer retention.I've been with Copper State Communications for years now. Entering into the telecommunications world was both disparate and similar to my former life in design. While I had to learn a new technological language and discipline, I discovered two things that don't change from industry to industry. Good design comes from listening to the client, understanding their day to day functions and designing to encompass tomorrow's growth and needs. Today's technology is fast paced; converging voice, video and data into a single network. Businesses are challenged by the complexities of a virtual world and need help in designing and implementing a network that can accommodate cloud applications in a secure environment. My goal is to help clients build a network that is reliable, adaptable, flexible and sustainable. With a portfolio of carriers and vendors, I can provide the expertise and guidance needed to make your network a tool for your business to use.
