About Pia Dam

I bring a diverse skill set in corporate legal and compliance, personal assistance, risk & compliance assistance, SAP programs and projects, B2B solution sales, key account management, management assistance, customer relations & services, administration, and revenue accounting. For seven years, I have served as a Personal Assistant, handling administrative tasks and acting as a close sparring partner to managers. My experience spans cross-departmental and cross-cultural cooperation in international environments. I have nine years of experience with outsourcing and five years with in-sourcing, working with customers from Europe and Scandinavia, and coordinating and supporting clients worldwide. I have worked in an international project organization within a PMO, serving in a key role as the contact for around 200 people. I have also been part of the implementation of SAP in two international companies, serving as a key account manager and program & personal assistant. Having held positions in newly established roles and teams, I have gained significant experience in starting up new processes, implementing new systems, and engaging in dialogues with stakeholders. I have successfully transitioned between industries and roles, quickly adapting to new systems, processes, rules, and organizations. I achieve this by building a solid network, utilizing e-learning, and maintaining a strong ambition to deliver. I have supported and been the central contact person for external and internal key stakeholders, including CRCO, management teams, VPs, Directors, colleagues, and customers. I have been responsible for communication and information dissemination to both external and internal parties, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
