I am pragmatic and hardworking human resources professional with a strong expertise in technology and finance, passionate about supporting organisations to achieve their strategy by making the best of people potential and by implementing the most suitable operating model. I am highly motivated by delivering results, business oriented, with commercial acumen and a broad HR generalist knowledge, as well as specific experience in transformation, organisational design, performance management, learning and development and recruitment strategy. I build strong and influential relationships based on trust and integrity. During the course of my career, I have managed various HR projects, the usual end-to-end HR processes and also several transformation projects in Gothaer (Insurance Company) and Vodafone Romania providing both, operational and strategic support. After 6 years in the customer operations area, my 6 years journey in the human resources domain in Vodafone, included 3 of the HR expertise centers and the HR Business Partner - generalist role. As a recruitment consultant, my last project in Vodafone, was a recruitment project for more than 350 NOC engineers in 6 months, setting up the Vodafone Network Operations - Shared Service Center. I have joined Gothaer in 2013, in the start-up phase of the business development and set up most of the HR processes, procedures, but much more important, I was responsible for designing and implementing an operating model (retail/corporate) with a clear structure, roles and responsibilities, remuneration systems for each business areas, a performance management process, recruiting new staff for all business areas and professional levels (more than 250 employees), and many other projects that led to strategical objectives achievements in 2015 - present.
