About Pia Virta

My background is highly versatile and I also like working in complex environments in versatile roles. I have over 15 years of experience on working as project/program manager but I have also worked as embedded SW chief designer, architect and developer on international telecommunication company. Lately I have been working as a consultant technical project manager mostly on public sector. I like working both in very agile and more traditional environments. I'm also myself very versatile person so I have had a lot of different roles and responsibilities also at the same time period and a lot of collaboration with other organizations. I have also been an entrepreneur. My strengths are in co operation, helping team to do things with good spirit and "tekemisen meininki". change management, process planning and myself getting easily the big picture but also taking care of small important things at the same time. My education is Master of Science in Electrical engineering (power) but I have also studied natural and environmental protection.
