My career spans multi-unit management, food service, hospitality, and corporate social responsibility (CSR), delivering impact across global brands and entrepreneurial ventures. As a former business owner, I understand firsthand what it takes to build and sustain successful food and hospitality operations. From launching and managing QSR franchises to leading CSR initiatives that directly support local communities, I believe in combining strategic growth with a purpose-driven approach. At Lidl, I’ve led complex, multi-stakeholder projects, driven multi-market expansion, and spearheaded community-driven programs like Groceries That Give Back, benefiting 70+ schools. Before that, I developed and operated hospitality businesses that elevated customer experience while ensuring operational efficiency and brand consistency.
