About Piero Luisi

Piero Luisi is a Innovation manager specialized in Digital transformation in Smart Government e eHealth: Service/UX designer, Design Thinking manager, Business development & Bid Manager. He got his University degree in January 1998 from Bologna University on the topic of electronic public administration reform in the Internet age. He began his work as a researcher and consultant, creating the first national survey on the implementation of e-government in Italy ("Digital City in Italy"- Censis, from 1998 to and participating in the design of regional plans of the Society of Information (Emilia-Romagna Region, He has participated in the creating, planning and management of the first National Plan of e-government made by the Italian government from 2001 to 2003. He continued his experience in training on innovation of a public service (Sole 24 Ore, - 2002), designing and implementing some important italian projects of e-government, from 2002 to 2005. Since 2005 he is technical and proposal manager on innovation of public services (Smart City, Digital transformation, CRM, Social, etc.), designing solutions and innovative models for many public government. He is currently innovation manager for the Smart government.
