My last successes as project leader at CRM Group : Imagined, developed and installed on two sites, a complete side-trimmer monitoring system for the improvement and predictive maintenance of steel coil processing lines. Developed a monitoring system to follow the energy consumption of an office building ( electricity, heating, cooling) and the behavior of the techniques (floor heating/cooling, ventilation, IT climatisation). Developed methods for analysing energy consumptions and compared them with benchmarks. Find energy-saving measures to reduce costs, quantify them, and present them to the management. Maintained the ISO9001 certification for laboratory devices management. Developed and continuously improved an interferometric measurement system of very thin iron oxide for the quality and energy reduction of many galvanising lines. My previous success as research engineer at UCL : Imagined, developed an electronic portable system to control a neuro-stimulator specifically dedicated to blind people.
