A Journey of developing and connecting People to deliver towards a bigger Purpose: With nearly two decades in global aerospace, my career has been driven by a passion for technology combined with a desire to develop and unite people to contribute to a better world. From solving complex engineering problem to leading transnational teams and pioneering multi-million-euro projects I've consistently focused on creating a positive impact and generating value, at Airbus and beyond. Beyond technical expertise, I am an empathic leader with a global mindset, deeply valuing diversity. I am curious and love learning and new experiences; this has been the engine of my personal growth. I found a passion in helping individuals grow and uniting people for greater achievements, actively coaching, mentoring, and building communities. I aim to expand my impact, leveraging my transnational Aerospace experience and capacity to inspire, develop and unite People to help make the world a better place.
