J’accompagne nos clients dans l’optimisation de leurs procédés pour garantir l'innocuité et la durée de vie des aliments. Passionné par la science des micro-organismes, j’aime apprendre et partager mes connaissances en adaptant mes solutions aux besoins uniques de chaque usine. Curieux et dynamique, j’apprécie les défis variés et les nouvelles découvertes dans ce secteur en constante évolution. I have 10 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, the last four as Technical Applications Specialist at Sani Marc. In this role, I support clients in optimizing processes to ensure food safety and shelf life. I am fascinated by the science of microorganisms and enjoy sharing my growing knowledge by tailoring solutions to each facility’s unique needs. As someone who is curious and proactive in their work, I deeply enjoy working in this continuously evolving field, full of challenges and new discoveries.
