LEADERSHIP: Leader of international experts teams to conduct operational safety assessment of nuclear installations. Various leader's positions in nuclear power stations or other facilities, in activities such as operation, maintenance, nuclear safety and radioprotection. Competences: strong technical skills, human resources management and development, contracts management and coordination, budget. General Manager and member of the board of directors of an EDF Group subsidiary in China,(human resources and engineering activities). PROJECT MANAGEMENT: experience and competence in preparing the operation and maintenance bidding document (business plan for 20 years) for the construction of 2 power stations in Egypt. Project won by EDF. Participation in the due diligence for several acquisition projects in China ( Sithe Asia, China Power International assets ). Services contracts elaboration, negociation and management. ASSETS MANAGEMENT: Development of the reporting and management procedures to ensure an appropriate steering of subsidiaries of the group in the Asia Pacific Branch. INTERCULTURAL MANAGEMENT: More than 20 years’ experience in working in an intercultural environment in South Africa, China and the United Nations as leader of a foreign company, expert in safety of nuclear power stations commissioning, operation and maintenance, and also as a project manager.
