About Pierre Lagarde

With several successful experiences in Stratégy, Business Unit and Operations management in international, varied and competitive contexts, I developed expertise in Business either Customers nor Results oriented. In charge of global/end to end supply chain projects, I aim to optimise customer satisfaction and operational excellence with a strategic and tranverse approach of my mission (Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS). I am convinced that people dimension in such approach of transformation is a key point to obtain membership and collaboration of all sectors at all levels, from the Board to the shopfloor. Increase the competences is a key point to ensure robustness, efficiency and agility of the organization to face our incertain environment.
