About Pierre Mendras

Hello, I graduated two years ago from NEOMA Business School in Reims, where I completed a double degree: the Grande École Program and an MSc in Corporate Finance. Throughout my studies, I developed strong technical and analytical skills in areas such as financial programming, accounting, and advanced corporate finance topics including M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructuring, valuation, and corporate governance. Following my studies, I completed a final-year internship at an M&A advisory firm in Luxembourg, with a strong focus on the IT/ICT sector, which I concluded in October 2023. After completing my internship in M&A, I wanted to reinforce my financial foundations and strengthen my skills in accounting and analysis. I therefore joined Atwell in a full-time position as a financial auditor, where I am currently working. This role allows me to gain hands-on experience in statutory audits under Lux GAAP, deepen my understanding of financial statements, and further develop my critical thinking and client communication skills. I have an open mindset and I am driven by new experiences. I am an analytical, result oriented and creative person who likes innovative problem solving and thrive on taking on new challenges. I enjoy working in a professional company with an open atmosphere with common goals and values that promote individual initiatives and team efforts, respect, idea generation.
