Our goal is to supply golf courses with an inexpensive ball mark repair tool that will improve the quality of their ball mark repairs while saving the course money. What makes our tool unique is the short tooth design in conjunction with the abutment above the teeth engineered to do two things. 1) It limits the teeth from being inserted too far. 2) Acts as a blunt mass to push the crater walls back down. This method will improve the quality of the ball-mark repair and promote faster healing. Additionally, the tool is designed to lie flat and weightless in a golfer's pocket. During our research we found some of the complaints with other tools was how heavy and sharp they are when kept in the pants pocket. We believe we also have a great product for the purpose of Marketing, Advertising and Fund Raising. For example, they could be used for website promotion, corporate branding or printed with the breast cancer awareness ribbons or Junior Golf logos. We also provide a "pop up" donation box which we customize for the organization. The display/donation box asks for a dollar donation and offers the new Pocket Greenskeeper as a Thank You. Many clubs will welcome the Pocket Greenskeeper with open arms once they try it. Free samples are available upon request. Specialties: Why is short tooth design better? It isn't always. For those who properly use a divot repair tool, there is probably no benefit with a short tooth design tool. However, there are many golfers not properly trained to use a divot repair tool. In such a case, the user may push the teeth in too far and move them too much, damaging the roots of the grass. This tool has an abutment which prevents the teeth from being inserted too far. 3-4 diagonal pushes around the outside perimeter is all it takes.
