About Pierre Vernet

I aim to develop the best culture and systems as well as a way of organising work that supports and enables people to reach - alone and together - results beyond expectations and create a sustainable and fair world for everyone. Today, I support people and the effectiveness of an international NGO; providing HR strategic and management support; supporting cultural changes; managing social dialogue and HR Operations; developing and running IT, cooperation platform & systems; insuring compliance to GDPR, safeguarding and legal or Union Agreement; and managing security locally, abroad and for travellers. I am confident in people and work for their empowerment; I believe in their self-management ability when they are purpose driven; I focus on feedback and agile systems to adapt to a fast changing environment. My means include Organisational Development and Change Management in the spirit of "reinventing organisation / the teal organisation", Situational Leadership, Coaching, the whole Employee life cycle and HR processes & tool box, Working process optimisation (Lean), System development, and Project Management (classical & agile approach). My background is - in short: 8 years as Head of HROD/PSD and 5 years as HR consultant in NGO: growing from instrumental HR to strategic HR and Leadership's change partner; setting IT at strategic level; improving deliveries; optimising resources, liberating people energy and competences. 10 years as consultant in leadership, cultural, organisational and competences development in SME (engineering and services) in relation with strategies implementation 10 years as top manager, managing teams and department within services and technical fields 7 years as coach for personnel and professional development processes 4 years as HR-manager: creating 2 HR-units and developing all HR-processes Teaching university students and managers in leadership and communication
