Change management, launching new projects, sales and marketing are my strengths. My motivation comes from people's coaching and getting results together. The best reward has been to see our own employees evolve and raise their standard. And of course the final results. Background: In 2020, at the invitation of a private equity investor, I left as CEO to build a new strategy, develop the organization and grow the network for the technology company Nordic Drones Oy. 2013 - 2020 Managing Director, event and venue business. We achieved the best development steps in terms of new customer acquisition, service design, user motivation improvement, as well as the operating result itself. Our company grew for the last 7 years and recorded a new turnover and operating profit record for 2018. At the same time, the customer satisfaction average of event organizers was 9.3 (1-10). During those years, Jyväskylän Paviljonki event center has hosted more than events and a total of more than 2.4 million attendees. The best known of the events is the WRC race Neste Rally. My own footprint is represented by Huipulla Tuulee - a seminar on business management that brought together more than 600 business leaders from all over the country every year. This work has been a lot of network management, as the roots of the events are largely nationwide, for example in large companies, unions, organizations and parties. Now, after events and the merger of two companies heading towards new challenges. Prior to joining the event center Jyväskylä Paviljonki, I held the position of Marketing Manager and Business Area Director of the Peurunka Group from 2003, where I was responsible for sales management, productization, communications and, initially, the management of the welfare industry. During this time we made a big change in Peurunka from a veterans rehabilitation center to an attractive area for wellness, spa and tourism services. For example we invest more than 15M € in development and to the spa hotel.+200 employees. Previously, I was the central director of opening Finland's first Elixia sports ans wellness center and launching the next Elixia centers in Tampere, Turku and Helsinki.
