Throughout the years I acquired a very solid experience in aircraft maintenance on civil and military aircraft and a good experience in aircraft design. The fact that I combined, throughout my whole career, jobs in the design, the maintenance, as well as the exploitation of aircraft is a very strong asset. My experience abroad combined with my linguistical skills and self-motivating attitude provides me with the tools needed to accomplish complex projects in an international environment. Throughout my experience in the (turbulent) aerospace industry, I faced situations of reorganisations, production moves, bancrupty, etc. In these situations my optimism and my abilities to communicate and negociate (with unions, direction, workers, consultants) have allowed me to face up to these challenges.
