Since January 2025, I also serve as the Site Director for Reckitt’s Mira (Venice) R&D Center of Excellence, leading a 100+‑person organisation and overseeing all aspects of site governance—health & safety, maintenance, regulatory compliance under Italian law, and long‑term capability development.In my global role, I lead Fabric Care – Vanish Brand R&D, shaping the innovation strategy and driving technology platforms that elevate product performance, sustainability, and category growth worldwide.
