I speak and write fluently in English and moderately in French- Proven Managerial skills necessary to co-ordinate and motivate a team, even in a multicultural international environment. As General Manager of San Marino Telecom (brand name PRIMA) I had the responsibility to lead and oversee Commercial, Technical and Interoperability Departments. Prima was the first independent telecom operator in the Republic of San Marino to compete in the local market with the incumbent by providing improved quality services in fixed, mobile and Wifi based broadband service. In the previous experience, I have been Head of International Wholesale and Carrier Services for Vodafone Italy, responsible for the carrier relationship aspects both for international roaming and for international interconnect. Furthermore, I managed operationally all the related regulatory and legal aspects that arose from these areas.
