About Pilar Mella

Analytics & Strategy professional with 5+ years of experience driving business performance through data, financial analysis, and strategic insight. Currently at LATAM Airlines, I operate at the intersection of data, finance, and commercial strategy, translating complex datasets into actionable insights that directly impact revenue, margins, and decision-making. I have led cross-functional initiatives including the deployment of scalable data solutions, integration of AI-driven processes, and alignment of data capabilities with business objectives across multiple stakeholders. My experience spans revenue analysis, KPI management, and the development of end-to-end analytics frameworks that improve visibility, efficiency, and strategic execution. I am particularly interested in roles in analytics, strategy, or finance where I can continue growing into leadership positions and drive meaningful business impact through data.
