About Pilar Rubio

With a strong focus on HealthTech, MedTech, and BioTech, I work closely with clients to drive innovation and impactful outcomes. My role involves elevating the HealthTech sector through key events like ClimbUK, Investor Ladder, and Investment Readiness Masterclasses, while connecting early-stage businesses with C-Level and NED industry leaders. I support strategic initiatives to expand services and strengthen our presence in these industries, cultivating relationships with stakeholders to reinforce our position in the HealthTech ecosystem and deliver meaningful results for clients. At CRSI, we partner with leading investors and their portfolio businesses, offering services such as executive search, management due diligence, organisational design, skills gap analysis, recruitment, and HR strategy. In my role as Sales Growth & Intelligence Manager, I optimise sales strategies to meet revenue targets by analysing KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, and refining sales strategies. I collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to enhance lead conversion and overall sales performance. Additionally, I provide data-driven insights to boost sales effectiveness and deliver clear, actionable reports to senior leadership. This broad expertise allows me to drive business growth, strengthen client engagement, and deliver results across multiple sectors. Always happy to have a chat and expand my network, get in touch!
