About Pilvi Kuronen

I have over 25 years experience of controlling, process development and management. Most of my "working life" I have worked for Siemens. During this time I have had possibility to be involved in all phases of the business. I have started my career in financial path in business controling and worked through different positions to my current role as Head of Operations. I have heavy focus on process improvement and always like to find more productive and efficient way to do things. Leadership and people management is also one of my strong points. I'm open minded and ready to learn new. I'm used to work independetly but like to work as member of team. As I do not have technical education I have learned to trust on my team expertice and empower my team members to use their own strenghts. I have good leadership skills and used to manage big organization. In 2011 I moved from Espoo to Kuopio with my family. I was able to continue my work in Siemens Kuopio branch.
