About Pim de Wit

I have been at home in international motorsport for over 18 years - on and off the track. During this time, I have been involved in over 17 championships as a Performance Engineer and I am still regularly out on the track myself. Why? Because you can only understand the reality of a race weekend if you experience it. And because good engineers are where the decisions are made: in the pit wall, analysing data, in direct communication with the team.As Business Development Manager at RaceOn, I am also responsible for the further development of our technical services. I talk to teams, manufacturers and partners to find out what they really need and make sure that we deliver exactly that with RaceOn. I bring my practical experience directly into our solutions: from trackside support and vehicle dynamics to engineering structures for entire seasons.I know both perspectives: the operational one on the track - and the strategic one in customer development.
