Oscar Isaac As a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Career and Work Counsellor (CWC), Employment Specialist with Provincial and Federal funding models experience my mission is to provide assistance to job seekers, conquer talent shortage and youth unemployment. I am resourceful, passionate Human Resources, Career Counsellor and Employment Service Specialist with more than 10 + years of professional experience delivering solution-focused program support in not-for-profit organizations across the Greater Toronto Area. What distinguishes me among Employment Specialist is that I offer a blend and wealth of experience that is varied and unique. All areas of knowledge have assisted to ascertain information, assess needs and help with decisions making process for the successful hire of candidates. I have the ability to utilize honed networking strategies to identify and build lasting business relations I have the proven ability to recognize and use every opportunity, translating it into business results. With these capabilities I am able to build strong trusting relationships with all involved in the hiring process. I have facilitated hundred of interactive and engaging workshops and information session, in a straightforward manner for Employers and Job Seekers. Sessions are realistic and practical. I use a mix of humour with a sound knowledge and industry expertise. I capture participates attention, participates walk away with valuable information that they can implement immediately. Having hundreds of conversations with small and large business owners and recruiters, I know what it takes to find the right individuals for your business. In addition to having screened thousands of resumes and conducted hundreds of interviews I can also state that I am aware of what it takes to stand out in a competition.
