Working in Manager and Head roles in the past, I have achieved success in leading teams, optimizing critical processes and increasing operational efficiency. I have contributed to companies' supply chain digitalization journeys by taking part in projects related to trends such as omnichannel distribution, real-time visibility. My goal is to improve logistics processes and build a resilient and agile supply chain that responds quickly to customer demands. With my strong analytical skills and leadership experience, I help companies achieve their operational excellence goals.
