Over 12 years of Clinical Research experience in study management, data and quality management with a thorough understanding of ICH/GCP, FDA, Tri-Council Policy and Health Canada Division 5 - Over 10 years of Project/Study Management experience in clinical research studies ensuring study deadlines, timelines and deliverables are met - Lead proposal processes including presenting value propositions, identifying and addressing customer needs, pricing and budgeting and negotiating business terms and executing contracts - Proven ability to synthesize and selling complex solutions to customers - Work across functional teams and with multiple stakeholders to bring clinical research solutions to existing and new life sciences customers - Strong business and financial acumen; strong problem-solving, judgment and analytic skills- Excellent time management skills (prioritization, organized and detail-oriented), communication skills (written and verbal) and customer service skills (patients and/or clients)- Clinical experience in the following therapeutic areas: uro-oncology (prostate, bladder, kidney, testis), nephrology (rare diseases-glomerulonephritis, lupus), gastroenterology (liver cholestasis, orphan drug therapy), multidrug resistance and microbiome-immune B cell activation, complement activation/inhibition therapy and podocyte structural maintenance therapy.
