Proven track record of technology transfer and process scale up. Demonstrated leadership in R&D management and in global technology transfer. Extensive experience in productivity improvement, quality control and commercial development. Demonstrated ability in collaboration with multidisciplinary departments, both internal and external, to accomplish and to exceed established business goals. Over 40 patents and publications. Specialties: Product/process development in areas of water and process treatment chemicals, phosphite antioxidants, phosphonate FR, EO/PO surfactants (Tween and Span). PIBSA and derivatives (dispersants/emulsifiers), personal care chemicals (phospholipids, silicones, quarts, amphoteric, betaines and imidazolines). Scale-up experience from lab to pilot to commercial scales. Toll manufacture management - domestic and global. Proficient in RC-1e. Bilingual (English and Chinese). Certified Six sigma Green Belt.
