Project Engineering Manager (Shell Level 2 Project Manager, approved) with experience in leading roles in Offshore Greenfield, Brownfield and Decommissioning from front end phase through to design, execution and handover to operations. I have had responsibilities as Project Manager/Lead for Projects/Portfolio size which ranged from Brownfield campaign of [US$]$22mln to Greenfield Project of size USD100mln and Decommissioning Portfolio size of $3250mln - surface scope value Background in Offshore Structural Engineering. Experiences include management of design, site fabrication, offshore installations (jackets, topsides, helidecks, pipelines, brownfield, risers), offshore integrated wells, structural repair and pipelines flushing campaign, Regulatory engagements and submissions. Commissioned and managed engineering and environmental studies to support project decisions. Developed execution strategies and major contracts for offshore execution projects. Set up active project risk management system. Expedite procurement processes to deliver major topsides equipment, pipelines and bulk materials whilst ensuring specifications comply with shell standards.
