Hey there! 🤗 Do you need someone who makes customers smile, employees satisfied and makes things happen at the office? That's me, an efficient, enthusiastic and energetic woman! I am an extremely positive and sociable team player with extensive understanding for customer service. I am determined and capable of multitasking and working well in fast-changing environment. I have a strong passion for ensuring that everything runs smoothly within the company's day-to-day operations. I'm committed to promoting the well-being of employees as a key aspect of my professional work. I have great experience of customer service and I care about employee wellbeing. As an office coordinator my days consist of very different tasks from maintaining the reception and meeting room services to expense checks, helping with employment benefits, internal communications and maintaining relationships with multiple service providers. I enjoy organizing, problem solving and making things happen! I love challenging myself and really enjoy personal growth. I finished my latest studies, Vocational Qualification in Business, at Careeria 04/2023 with outstanding grades. My studies consisted of Customer service, Customer relationship management, Personnel support services, Service design, Event production, Profitable operation, Acting in a work community, and Working in a Project. My interest in people and working culture drives my passion for creating a positive, productive and safe environment for my colleagues.
