Creating products that genuinely make a difference in people's lives is where my heart lies. Over the past 18 years, I have navigated through technology, healthcare and financial services that shaped my career. Currently at Dell Technologies as a Pricing Consultant, I am diving into pricing frameworks. I am working on Data Science initiatives which can improve deal performance thereby boosting sales revenue. Before this role, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a Product Management Specialist in health tech. I contributed to building a nation-scale product suite for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. It was a great experience to lead this initiative aimed at managing chronic conditions for the citizens of India. Seeing how this product directly improved the lives of the user kept me motivated every day. I was responsible for defining a product roadmap that aligned closely with Dell's 2030 vision of touching 1 billion lives. I also developed the Data Analytics platform for the product suite, which helped in boosting program performance by 50%. I am proud of creating user-centric products which reduced user-effort and improved their productivity. This in turn enabled the users to track patients effectively and improve the quality of care. My background also includes significant experience working in Novo Nordisk, heading the Problem & Change Management processes. Here, I led the implementation of a compliance-based workflow product. I played a key role in enhancing the global quality standards of the Novo products used by patients reducing compliance-related issues by 30%. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve such results taught me the power of teamwork and diverse perspectives in driving success. In earlier roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I spearheaded offshore production support teams achieving an impressive 99.9% system uptime for mortgage applications. Outside of work, I’m passionate about social impact projects and often volunteer in community health initiatives. Engaging with different communities helps me stay grounded and reminds me why I love what I do - using technology.
