Juggling a few roles in combination or singularly at other times defines what I do professionally. I have worked as a certified Human Factors and Behaviors trainer and Inflight Supervisor with two major international airlines Delta and Jet Airways. After many years in the hospitality, travel and training industry, I presently offer my services as a Corporate Flight Attendant to some of the biggest companies in the world and look after their VVIP guests. Other than that being a Facilitator in Customer service,Human Factors, Behaviors and Resources, I have conducted trainings for personnel on various topics.The areas I specialise in are Aviation studies,Personality Development, Soft Skills,Public Speaking,Communication, Conflict Management,Decision Making techniques, Situation Awareness, Culture,Workload Management, Stress Management,Team Work and Leadership. Recently I have written a book called 'Nothing but the Plane Truth: Revelations by a Flight Attendant' which has been released and marketed by Amaryllis, Manjul Publishing House and Harper Collins.I am also a published Travel and luxury experiences writer/ advisor having written for various publications and aspire to be a compere,host a travel show and be a News Reader. Being extremely well travelled, having enjoyed a high standard of services that have allowed me to get a taste of the good life, I understand the training and hard work that goes in offering luxury and impeccable customer service to the end user.Recently I have also done an assignment as an influencer for a clothing brand. These are truly exciting times where career possibilities are endless and am always looking out for fulfilling opportunities in various industries.
