About Pinky Shahi

I always knew that I wanted to pursue a creative path professionally. I was always incredibly good at all things artistic when I was younger. When it came time to choose a major, I somehow wound up enrolling in Computer Science. I know! Completely unrelated fields. Though I had excellent grades, I didn't much enjoy any of my courses. I felt uninspired. I wanted to learn something new and to apply my creativity. And that's when it happened; the spark I was missing ignited the instant I attended my first UX/UI lecture. Since then, I can't get enough. UX/UI Design calls to all my passions. With a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, I strive to understand users' needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Leveraging my expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, I have successfully translated complex concepts into user-friendly designs that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD, I am adept at creating visually appealing interfaces with a keen eye for detail and consistency. Additionally, my knowledge of front-end development languages, such as HTML/CSS, Kotlin, Java and many more, enables effective communication with development teams. Beyond my technical skills, I am an excellent communicator and storyteller. I am adept at presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for user needs and design decisions. I thrive in a fast-paced environment, where I can leverage my creativity and problem-solving abilities to deliver innovative solutions.
