About Pinter Henrietta

I entered the job market in the late as a mid-level programmer and software engineer. I was young and enthusiastic, and soon became an SAP Consultant at a multinational company. We were a good match—SAP was integrated, and I liked thinking in an integrated way. However, it soon became clear that even SAP couldn’t do everything, so my team of four consultants was joined by four programmers—and yes, I’m deliberately using the term "programmers" here—to develop the missing functionalities. The door was then opened wide by international trends and industry demands, and the following 15 years became all about learning and integration—since I love it so much. Personally, I swam in the waterfall, ran in agility, and became a Project Manager, Test Team Leader, and Business Analyst. But I didn’t stop there. In recent years, I’ve focused on hybrid team operations and developing team members. I became a Business Coach at Corvinus University, specializing in expert development and Team Coaching. After years of study, I recently certified as a Facilitator. I believe that a team works best when its members recognize each other’s contributions, continually develop, and place a strong emphasis on self-reflective practices. I would like to believe that there are workplaces where it is important for employees to feel good. I believe that you can leave work feeling energized because you love your job, understand your colleagues, and feel valued. I believe I can help with this, as in recent years I have strived to learn as much as possible to support this goal.
