Background

About Piotr Kotulski

I am a manager who seamlessly bridges the world of IT and business. The greatest value of my work lies in my experience building and leading teams – from sales to IT teams working with Agile methodologies. I can translate the language of technology into business language, which facilitates goal achievement. Although I am a certified project manager, I believe that hands-on practice in building effective teams delivers real results.Currently, as a Project Manager in the e-commerce industry, I help clients develop successful businesses. I consciously transitioned from finance to IT – for two years I worked as a Magento Frontend Developer, which demonstrated my consistency and commitment. In parallel, since 2015 I have been running my own business in the financial sector. Previously, for many years I managed bank branches, built sales teams, and achieved ambitious goals, gaining solid foundations in finance and people management.Every day I dedicate at least an hour to reading books on personal development, marketing, and investing. I am fascinated by DeFi and blockchain, which I see as the future of finance. I relax with movies and maintain balance through physical activity – training tennis, CrossFit, and at the gym.
