About Piotr Kutwin

I started my IT journey almost 11 years ago. Firstly as a Web developer/PHP program in Polish Navy. After two years I was moved to Systems and Network team where I spend almost two years working closely on systems administration, network monitoring and developing administrative tools as well as supporting mail service solutions. Among other things I was responsible for conducting trainings of FreeBSD OS and security. This was my first job where I gained technical and practical knowledge about web technologies, OS administration, security and Networks. In 2011 I started to work in Morksa Agencja Gdynia where I spend a year and a half as a IT system Administrator. I had several responsibilities as OS administrator, mail service maintainer, technical support for end users, Web application developer, VMware environment and Network monitoring maintainer. During these times, I has been involved in many important IT projects (Migration AD domain services from 2003 to 2008, Deployment and development of company mail services, Web application development). I has been with DNV GL since 2012, starting as It infrastructure specialist. Since May 2016 I hold a role of IT Infrastructure Engineer, Backup specialist.
