I have over 30 years of experience managing and growing businesses across different sectors, including consumer goods, pharmaceutical products, and the automotive industry. My core competencies include strategic planning, sales and distribution execution, operations management, and project management. I have successfully integrated ELIT Polska business with the Group business structure, expanded the product offer, and launched the Starline private label brand in Poland. I have also achieved positive financial results and organizational culture turnarounds in companies such as Phoenix Pharma Polska and Pepsi Poland. My mission is to drive ownership, empowerment, and business literacy among my team and partners while maintaining the highest standards of values and ethics and respecting people, their needs, and values.
