About Piotr Szmit

Packaging & print expert with 15+ years’ experience in offset, embossing & hot stamping bridging customer expectations with production reality. I specialize in delivering packaging solutions from concept and project kick-off to full production and client approval, ensuring both technical precision and business value. As a Lead Project Manager, I combine technical expertise, customer focus, and team-oriented leadership, supporting the Sales Team in developing feasible, cost-effective, and high-quality packaging solutions. My work connects production, R&D, and design teams to create added value for global brands in the beauty, tobacco, and pharma sectors. Previously, as NPD Leader, I established a new department focused on developing innovative, non-standard packaging solutions and driving product innovation. I designed efficient workflows and interdepartmental communication processes connecting Sales, CAD and Production and R&D, ensuring smooth project execution and faster decision-making. These initiatives became a key element of the company’s growth and capability to deliver complex, market-driven projects. Recently certified Lean Black Belt, I have strengthened my ability to align process design and business strategy to drive product value, service excellence, and sustainable growth.
