Worked in the systems biology research area, performing wet-lab experiments together with extensive data analysis and mathematical formulation of observed phenomena. Principal Investigator of the PRELUDIUM project aiming to resolve the long-lasting question of how precise a single cell can be (and he knows the answer). Utilized programming skills to facilitate large datasets analysis for himself and the teammates as well as to enable the automated acquisition of microscopy images, figure preparation, and many others. Now develops scRNA-seq analysis pipelines and prepares the single cell data resources.
